A former Shepherds Policy is transformed into a luxury home and Wildlife Garden. Regimented straight lines give way to organic shapes to wed the garden to its moorland setting, and create a large wildlife pond and central flat lawn linked by a perimeter path.

Pockets of adjacent land acquired from the local farmer are planted up to improve shelter and focus views from the house. A Moorland Bog is proposed in the southern border of the garden to connect with the natural adjacent one thus blurring the distinction between garden plot and the surrounding moorland still further.
